1-2Weight on L foot roll R knee out to R clockwise w/hip roll at same time, roll knee back In counter clockwise w/hip roll at same time
3-4Roll L knee out to L counter clockwise w/hip roll at same time, roll knee back in Clockwise w/hip roll at same time (L takes weight)
5-6Pivoting on L foot ¼ turn to R, repeat 1-2
