1-8Touch right toe forward and gyrate hips to eight counts, rolling your right knee around to the right as well
9-16Touch left toe forward and gyrate hips to eight counts rolling your left knee around to the left as well
17-24Touch right toe forward and gyrate hips to eight counts, rolling your right knee around to the right as well
25-32Touch left toe forward and gyrate hips to eight counts, rolling your left knee around to the left as well
