1-2-3Step left foot to left side, rock right behind left, recover weight back onto left
4&5Step right to right side, step left next to right, step right to right side
6-7Rock left foot across and in front of right (towards 2:00), keeping weight on left foot turn ½ turn to the right (towards 7:00)
&8Using the momentum of the turn, sweep right foot round behind left, turning to face 9:00 take weight onto right
&1Step left next to right, step right foot forward (9:00)

FORWARD ROCK, RECOVER, BACKWARD TRIPLE TWICE, STEP-KICK-TURN-TOUCH
2-3Rock forward on left, recover back onto right
4&5Step back with left foot, close right to left (or lock across), step back with left
6&7Step back with right foot, close left to right (or lock across), step back with right
&8Step left foot next to right, kick right foot forward
&1Stepping right in place next to left turn ½ to left, touch ball of left foot slightly forward (heel raised) (3:00)
