3-4Rock left behind right, replace weight on right
5&6Side step left, step right beside left, side step left
7-8Rock right behind left, replace weight on left

2 FORWARD HEEL STRUTS, 2 BACK TOE STRUTS
1-2Right heel forward, lower right ball
3-4Left heel forward, lower left ball
5-6Right toe back, lower right heel
7-8Left toe back, lower left heel

STOMP, HOLD FOR 3 COUNTS, STOMP, HOLD FOR 3 COUNTS
1-2-3-4Stomp right forward, hold for 3 counts as you extend arms outward from the elbow
