1-2Tap right heel forward twice, (allow body to lean back as if stretching)
3-4Tap right toe back twice, (allow body to lean forward)
5Tap right heel forward with body lean back
6Tap right toe back with body lean forward
7Stomp right foot beside left instep at right angle leaving weight on left
8Making a ¼ turn to left, hitch right knee up in one movement as if a ball rebounding of the floor from the stomp
9Step back with right
10Step back with left
11Step back with right
12Hitch left knee up
13Step forward with left
14Slide or drag right instep up to heel of left
15Step forward with left
16Hitch right knee up
17Step back with right
18Tap left toe back
19&20Shuffle forward left, right, left
