FORWARD MAMBO ROCK LEFT, BACKWARD MAMBO ROCK RIGHT, STEP QUARTER TURN, SAILOR STEP
1&2Step forward on the left, step back on right, bring left next to right
3&4Step back on the right, step forward on left, bring right next to left
5-6Step forward on the left, as you recover on the right make a quarter turn right
7&8Step left behind the right forward on the right, side on the left

HEEL SWITCHES MAKING A HALF A TURN LEFT, STEP HALF TURN, HIP BUMPS
1&2Right heel forward, bring right back to center as you make a quarter turn left, left heel forward
&3&4Bring left back to center, right heel forward, bring right back to center as you make a quarter turn left, left heel forward

5-6Leaving the weight on the left leg bring right slightly forward just touching the floor for balance with little or no weight then bump your hips twice right left right
