HEEL STRUTS: HEEL STAND, JUMPING JACK ½ TURN: REPEAT:
1-2Touch right heel forward, step down onto right foot
3-4Touch left heel forward, step down onto left foot
5-6Touch right heel forward, step down onto right foot
7-8Touch left heel forward, step down onto left foot
9-10Putting right heel on front diagonal, step onto the heel with all your weight, then step left heel onto left diagonal (i.e.. Your feet should be ½ foot apart, standing on your heels)
11-12Bring right hoot home, bring left foot home
13Jump and land with feet out to sides
14Jump and land with right foot crossed in front of left foot
15Unwind into ½ turn to left (leaving both feet on floor)
16Clap hands
17-18Putting right heel on front diagonal, step onto the heel with all your weight, then step left heel onto left diagonal (i.e.. Your feet should be ½ foot apart, standing on your heels)
19-20Bring right hoot home, bring left foot home
