7&8Keeping weight on right, shift hips back then forward then back
CROSS UNWIND ¾; SIDE BALL CROSS; LONG SLIDE; ¼ TURNS (TOUCH & TOUCH)
1-2Cross left over right; unwind ¾ to right (keeping weight on left)
3&4Step right onto ball of right, shift weight to left, cross right over left
5-6Long step left onto left, slide right together and touch
&7Lift right knee up, pivoting on left make ¼ turn to left and touch right out to right side
&8Repeat &7
TRIPLE STEP, ¾ TURN; TOE AND HEEL; ¼ TURN; FLICK ½ TURN
1&2Shuffle forward right, left, right
3Step left forward starting ¾ turn to right on left
4Completing ¾ turn to right on left, step right forward
5&Touch left toe to left side, step left together
6&Touch right heel forward, step right together
7Step left making ¼ turn left
8Pivot on left make ½ turn to left while bending right knee and flicking right foot off floor
REPEAT
