SECTION 2: FAN HITCH VINE 1/4-TURN STOMP
1-2Fan left toe to left 90º angle, close left beside right
3-4Fan left toe to left 90º angle, bring left knee up into a Hitch
5-6Step left to left side starting a Vine, step right behind left
7-8Step left 1/4-Turn, Stomp right next to left
