1-2Left foot step to left, right foot step behind
3&4Left foot rock to left, right foot rock in place, bring left foot back beside right with weight on it
5-6Right foot step to right, left foot step behind right
7&8Right foot rock to right, left foot rock in place, bring right foot back beside left with weight on it
9-10Rock forward on the left foot, rock back in place with right foot
11-12Bring left foot back beside right and hold for one beat
13-14Rock back on the right foot, rock back in place with left foot

17-18Left foot step forward at 45 degrees, lock right foot behind left
