This AB series of dances were written for inexperienced dancers everywhere, but especially for those who will begin our line dance journey on June 15th @ La Nota House of Dance!

Note: While Choreographed to Harper Valley PTA, there is no limit to song choice or genre for the easy dances in this series. Feel free to try them out, wherever!

Another terrific AB dance. Love the flicks! And thank you so much for the demo/teach.

I like your dances but would like an option to make it a 2 wall or 4 wall - when I'm teaching a dance I like to be able to see if my new dancers are getting the steps (which I can't do if it is a 1 wall dance). I really appreciate that you take the time and effort to do a teach video and then do the dance to music. I wish all choreographers would do this. I won't teach a dance that does not have a video.

Thank you Sandue, and apologies as I just found your note. I too feel the necessity of a video, and without mirrors I understand your handicap with a one wall. This entire series was geared to people who have limited experience (if any) on the floor, thus the one wall. Any one of the AB series dances can be a 4 wall dance by changing up the last few steps. Because of your suggestion I am going to revisit the dances thus far, and add a note as to how to use multiple walls. For this dance in particular, in the last 4 counts (after flicks) one would step L to side, R Follow, 1/4 Turn Left - Step L to Side, R Touch. Then begin again with section 1. Hope this helps. Take care, God bless.

Hi again Jazzbox, you are so very welcome. Stay in touch, God bless.

I agree with Sandue, although I do some one wall dances for AB students just to get them used to moving in a rhythm and dancing to a tempo. I will use this dance some day. It's fun and interesting. Thank you for responding. So few do.

The whole purpose for this series is for newcomers to feel the floor under their feet, and to add movement...then to slowly add steps to that movement until they are comfortable with taking the next step. The videos are meant to allow the viewer that freedom, at their own pace. There are challenging, and very challenging dances everywhere, this series is meant to stay with the basics. Patience and time are at a premium. If I can help one more person to call themselves a line dancer, then I've done my job. Thanks for listening.

I agree with Jazzbox - I also teach a few one wall dances for newbies.

Then I thank you both for checking in and using what is needed. Wishing you success in your careers, God bless.
