A fun beginner dance, thank you for posting this variation. Works well with Callin' Baton Rouge by Garth Brooks
For the turn, on count 3 we do a toe out 1/4 R turn, count 4 hitch left knee while turning 1/4 R; and finish left to side, cross right behind, left to side, touch Right beside Left.
