JUMPS, TOE TAPS, KNEE ROLLS
1&2Jump slightly off floor landing with feet shoulder-width apart, jump bringing feet together, jump apart again (or: split heels apart twice)
3&4Tap right toe next to left twice, bending right knee in slightly; touch right toe out to right side
5-6Roll right knee in toward left leg, then out to right side
7&8Pop right knee in toward left leg twice

KICKS & POINTS, HEEL SWITCH, HOP FORWARD
1&2Kick right foot forward, step next to left, touch left toe out to left side
3&4Kick left foot forward, step next to right, touch right toe out to right side
5&6Touch right heel forward, step next to left, touch left heel forward
&7&8&Step left foot next to right, step right foot forward; hop forward twice on right foot with left leg bent so calf & foot are raised behind you parallel to floor

1-2Make fists and raise both arms, crossing right over left to make an "X" in front of chest; drop hands (still with fists) straight down to sides.
3&4Pump left fist down and right fist up while raising right knee twice (right foot does not touch floor)
5-6Step right foot forward at 45 degree angle right; slide left foot next to right (weight stays on right foot)
7-8Turning body 45 degrees right step left foot side left (you are now facing ¼ turn right from original wall); slide right foot next to left (weight stays on left foot)
