Have always liked this song and the choreography is charming.
The "slow" pivot is merely a regular pivot (2 Cts)---given the turns,syncopation, restart - will teach to advanced beginners/improver group (beginners ie dancers that are just starting out would be overwhelmed).

I love it and will teach to my class of advanced beginners.
Section with v-step should mention doing forward steps on heels. Either way really cute.
