It’s a tad fast, but I’ve slowed it down somewhat with a few holds and sweeps.

Not a "tad" fast. Insanely fast. This dance has some promise but you can't tell that from the demo. Why in the world would you choose to dance it to such ridiculously fast music? There are thousands of waltzes in the 32 to 36 measures per minute range and you pick one in the 52 to 56 range. Crazy. Ruins the dance.
