INTRO:

9-16Toe/heel in applejack time in a semi circle to the right to back wall - then repeat the whole process to come back to front ready to start

STEP FORWARD, ½ TURN, SHUFFLE BACK, ROCK BACK, FORWARD, STEP FORWARD, SLIDE/LOCK & POP KNEE

1-2-3&4Step right forward, turn ½ right stepping left back, shuffle back right-left-right (6:00)
5-6-7-8Rock back on left, rock forward on right, step left forward, slide right to lock behind & beside left popping left knee forward
Should end up with legs crossed, feet side by side, right knee slightly bent, left knee popped forward & left heel raised.
