1-2Slide right foot to the right, drag left foot next to right foot
3&4Cross rock left foot forward, recover to right foot, step left foot back (stepping toward 7:30)
5&6Tap right foot behind left foot, scoot back on left foot, step right foot back and turn 3/8 to the left (face 9:00)
7&8Step left foot forward and turn ½ to the left, step right foot next to left foot and turn ½ to the left, step left foot forward and turn ¼ to the left (face 6:00)

SIDE ROCK, SAILOR STEP, TRIPLE FORWARD, STEP, SLIDE
1-2Rock right foot to the right, recover on left foot
3&4Cross right foot behind left foot, step left foot to the left, step right foot to the right and turn 1/8 turn to the right
5&6Step left foot forward, step right foot together, step left foot forward
7-8Big step right foot forward making 1/8 turn to the left (face 6:00), slide left foot next to right foot
