Love this dance. Taught it at my class today. If the traveling applejacks (12 count arch) are too difficult do very small paddle turns (pushing with right foot, recovering on left) round in a half circle anticlockwise for 12 counts ending with weight on left foot. Then dancers at different levels can enjoy this dance.

I note that it doesn't give the number of walls or the level at the top of the step sheet.

It's a 2 wall dance

I'd say it was Improver level. I have seen it described as Intermediate but bearing in mind the current dances with that description I don't think this is that difficult.
