1-2Touch right toe beside left instep. Touch right heel beside left instep
3-4Step back on right toe. Drop right heel
5-8Repeat with left toe and heel

17-18Point right toe to right. Drag right behind left and touch.
19Drop right heel while popping left knee by lifting left heel
