1-4Rock forward on right, recover back on left, take a big step back on right, slowly drag left heel back for count 4
5-8Rock back on left, recover on right, make a full turn traveling forward by turning ½ turn right as you step back on left, make another ½ turn right as you step forward on right

1-4Rock forward on left, recover on right, turn ½ turn left, hold (weight on left)
