You must be more careful with your words, especially since it is apparent that English is not your native tongue. Your use of the word "synaptic" is incorrect. When I looked at the video I recognized the dance phrase you called a "Rocking Chair Synaptic" should be identified as a Syncopated Rocking Chair. And the correct count for that phrase is 1&2&.
