3-4½ turn to R and L to L, ½ turn to R and R to R 6H-12H
5-6Cross L point forward R (L arm movement, like on the video), ¼ turn to L and L forward 9H
7-8½ turn L and R back, ¼ turn to L and L to L 3H-12H

(9-16) Flick & Slap, Point Frwd, ½ turn, ½ turn, Back, Heel Frwd, Step, Cross Frwd x2
&1&2Throw R back and touch R heel with R hand, R point forward with body weight
