This is a marmite dance. Not everyone is going to like it. I was looking for something different and fun... as I felt things had been a little heavy in our personal life’s and a little lift would be welcomed. It was just that; fun, energetic, sports bras required lol. Very fast footwork, not a lot too it. The speed is the only thing that makes it more intermediate, the steps without the arms are more improver. Really good fun, we were in fits of laughter over the air hostess tag... especially when Nick abandoned the steps and did the Macarena!
