S4: Dorothy steps (right); rock, recover; ¼ turn left; hold; and step touch
1&2Step right foot diagonally forward right (long step), lock left foot behind right foot, step right foot diagonally forward right;
3-4Rock forward on left foot, recover onto right foot;
5-6¼ turn left stepping onto left foot; hold for one count;
&7-8Bring right foot to left foot, step left foot to left side, touch right foot to left foot.
