1 & 2(1) Step RF to right side, angle body slightly to the right diagonal and push left hand across and down. (&) Hitch left knee, angle body to the left diagonal and raise both arms to chest height. (2) Step LF to left side and push both arms down and forward.
3 & 4Heel bounce and push hands down and forward 3 times while turning 1 / 4 to the right. Weight on LF. (3:00)
5 & 6(5) Step back on RF. (&) Close LF next to RF. (6) Step forward on RF.
