I taught this dance on 31st January 2017 as a new dance. However, one of my class members informed me that this dance was actually 8 years old and was published in 2009. At first I thought they were mistaken but on checking I see they were right. There was even a video published. The steps and the video are identical. What I wonder is the explanation for this. Perhaps the Choreographer Michel Cabana can explain.
