Section 1: Side, Back Rock Recover 1/4, Cross Unwind Side, Behind Side Cross Rock Recover Side.
1-2 & 3Step right foot to right side, back rock, recover, step left 1/4 turn left.
4 & 5Cross right over left, unwind full turn left, step right to side.
6 & 7 & 8 &Cross left behind right, step right to right side, cross rock left over right, Recover onto right foot, step left foot to left side, slide right towards left (keeping weight on the left)

Section 2: Back Rock Side, Cross Rock 1/4 Turn Left, Step Pivot 1/2 Left, Full Turn Step.
1 & 2Rock right foot behind left, recover on to left, step right to right side.
3 & 4Cross rock left in front of right, recover, make 1/4 turn left stepping forward on left.
5 & 6Step forward on right, pivot 1/2 turn left, step forward on right.
7 & 8Make a 1/2 turn right stepping back on left, make another 1/2 turn right stepping forward on right, step forward on left.

1 & 2Step forward on right foot, pivot half turn left, step forward on right foot.
3 & 4Make a 1/2 turn right stepping back on left, make another 1/2 turn right stepping forward on right, step forward on left.
5 & 6Rock forward on right foot, recover on to left foot, step back on right foot.
7 & 8Step back on left foot, Step right beside left, cross left in front of right foot.
