Slo Cadillac takes up a lot of space in order to comfortably perform the dance. Be sure you have a lot of room and no one in the way. This is a rather long dance also (52 beats), and it is not easy to catch on to for some beginning dancers. The secret is to take the dance apart and practice.
1-4Two heel swivels to the left (left, center, left, center)
5-8Two heel swivels to the right
9-12Left Foot Touch: Side, cross in front of Right foot, side, together
13-16Right Foot Touch: Side, cross in front of Left foot, side, cross behind Left
17-20Right foot step to the side; Left foot cross behind Right foot and touch; Left foot step to the side; Right foot cross behind Left foot and touch
21-24Right Grapevine, ¼ turn to the right - Right foot scooch forward (Left foot elevated)
