TURNING STEP-SCUFFS (WAGON WHEEL)
1-2Step forward on right making a ¼ turn to the right with the step, scuff left forward
3-4Step forward on left making a ¼ turn to the right with the step, scuff right forward
5-8Repeat beats 1 through 4 man
¾ TURN TO THE LEFT, SCUFF, / LADY: ¼ TURN TO THE RIGHT, SCUFF, VINE LEFT, SCUFF
Release man's right and lady's left hands. Man raises lady's right hand in his left and turns under his upraised left arm
9MAN: Step on right & begin a ¾ turn to the left
LADY: Step forward on right
10MAN: Step on left & continue ¾ turn to the left
