Position: ‘Macho Arms’ – Arms out with hands up at head level

SECTION 1
1 – 4Knees bent with ‘The Thinker’ – Push hips forward R-L-R-L
5 – 8Knees bent with ‘Macho Arms’ – Push hips forward R-L-R-L
9 – 12Knees bent with ‘The Thinker’ – Push hips forward R-L-R-L
13 – 16Knees bent with ‘Macho Arms’ – Push hips forward R-L-R-L

SECTION 2
1 – 2Step right diagonally forward left. Recover onto left.
3 – 4Step backward onto right. Touch/tap left in place.
5 – 6Step forward onto left. Touch right toe to right side.
7 – 8Cross right over left. Touch left toe to left side.
9 – 10Step left next to right – pushing hips forward. Push hips forward.
