Sorry Alison & Peter, but never in a million years. What is line dancing coming to! Just my own opinion, and I'm sure others will disagree, but that's what I think. You both have done quite a few better than this.

I agree that line dancing has changed a lot over the years. I like a lot of different type of music including country but am always amazed that some people who have come into line dancing do not even like country. As a result the diversity of music is splitting the line dancing community because much of the music chosen by choreographers is disliked by many. To me the music is just as important as the dance.
Some dance teachers in my area don't seem to have much of a mind of their own and insist on doing dances from the so called Linedancer magazine charts, no matter how awful the dance or music is. I know these charts have their uses but teachers should use their own judgement. Many do of course and nice to see danceteacher1954 appears to.
I happen to think the music for this dance is terrific and I think that dance is excellent. Makes a nice change from the average pop music which is often played.

Brilliant music, a real pleasure to listen to even if not dancing. Refreshing change from much of the music played these days some of which drives me out of the hall for an unexpected toilet break. Perhaps it is a generation thing.
