1a2Step forward on right. Rock left to left side. Recover weight onto right
3a4Step forward on left. Rock right to right side. Recover weight onto left
5-6Cross rock right over left. Recover weight onto right.
7-8Cross rock right over left. Make ¼ turn right lifting left knee beside right.
