1-2Walk forward right, walk forward left (or full turn left)
3&4Low kick right foot forward, replace weight on to right, point left to left side
&5-6Step down on left next to right, point right to right side, step down right next to left
7&8Left shuffle forward, stepping left-right-left (12:00)

ROCK, RECOVER, TRIPLE FULL TURN RIGHT, (OR COASTER STEP) ROCK, RECOVER, ¾ TURN LEFT
1-2Rock forward on the right, recover on to the left
3&4Execute a full turn over the right shoulder with a triple step
