ROCK BACK, RECOVER, FULL TURN FORWARD RIGHT, STEP LOCK FORWARD, TRIPLE ½ TURN
1-2Cross/rock right behind left, recover weight to left
3-4Turn ½ turn left as you step back on right, turn ½ turn left as you step forward on left (you will be traveling forward)
5&6Step lock forward right, left, right
7&8Step left forward, pivot ½ turn right on balls of both feet weight ending forward on right, step left forward

CROSS ROCK, RECOVER, ½ TURN RIGHT TRIPLE STEP, CROSS ROCK, RECOVER, FULL TURN LEFT TRIPLE STEP
1-2Cross rock right in front of left, recover weight back on left
3&4Make a ½ turn right as you triple in place right left, right,
5-6Cross rock left in front of right, recover weight back on right
7&8Make a full turn left over left shoulder as you triple step left, right, left
