1-2Clench both fists (not tight) and touch them together in front of you, elbows are roughly 6" apart, as you start walking forward on the right foot, swing your fists which are clench together over your right shoulder next to your right cheek. Repeat swinging to the left as you walk forward left.

5-6Step back left, pivot on the left ½ right step forward right
