CHUGS
1&(Weight on right) Touch left foot to left side and bend left knee, bring knee towards chest and back down to floor
2-8Slowly turn ¾ turn to right pushing off the left foot and pivoting on your right as you turn (counting 2&3& up to 8) pump hands up & down at sides as you turn
SIDE TO SIDE, HITCH, STOMP
9Touch left foot out to left side
10Jump, switch right foot out to right side
11Jump, switch left foot out to left side
&12Bring left knee up towards chest and stomp left foot next to right.
