The body roll starts with shoulders and knees. This move should almost have a "rubber" look as if you are trying to make a "figure 8" with shoulders and knees (from side view)

1On ball of left foot, turn ¼ to left, touching right toe to right side
2On ball of left foot, turn ¼ to left, touching right toe to right side

3Touch left toe to left side (as you do this, bend right arm in toward your chest and straighten left arm down by your left side)

4Touch right toe to right side (as you do this, bend left arm in toward your chest and straighten right arm down by your right side)
