BRUSH HITCH (TRAVELING SLIGHTLY FORWARD), FORWARD CROSSOVER
1Brush right foot forward, hitching right knee
2Cross step down on right foot forward over left foot (right heel forward of left toe slightly to left side of left foot)
3Brush left foot forward, hitching left knee
