1-2-3-4Weight on left foot, place right heel in front then replace right foot to original position.
Weight on right foot, place left heel in front then replace left foot to original position.

WALK FORWARD R-L-R- KICK L, WALK BACK L-R-L- TOUCH R.
1-2-3-4Walk forward right, left, right, then kick left foot forward keeping weight on right foot
5-6-7-8Walk back left, right, left, touch right besides left foot keeping weight on left foot.
STEP R TOUCH L, STEP TOUCH, STEP TOUCH, STEP TOUCH. OR K STEPS IF CLASS IS READY.
1-2Step right to right side and touch left to right foot besides instep keeping weight on right foot.
3-4Step left to left side and touch right foot beside left instep.
