Through out this and some other routines, I use the word, Basic, and 2 Step, which are both the same move.. The reason for this is because old habits are hard to break. I taught Low-impact aerobics for over 30 years, and always used the words 2-step for the side step. So, if you hear me saying it instead of Basic, their both the same move. thanks!.
