Tina trained at the very prestigious Urdang Academy dance school and has taught Classical Ballet along with Contemporary Dance at Pineapple Dance Studios London, also employed at that time by Leonie Urdang to teach Student Ballet at the Academy. Tina worked as a Professional Dancer for Independent Dance Company Starcast Based In Plymouth Devon, and also at the Theatre Royal Windsor. Tina was also employed at the Windsor Arts Festival creating dance pieces in week long workshops for jazz/contemporary dancers.

For 25 years Tina has been teaching fitness and Dance Classes and is a qualified Exercise to Music Instructor running classes at some of the most discerning health and fitness clubs both in Buckinghamshire,London,and Bournemouth. inc Esporta and Oasis . Tina enjoyed training Fitness instructors for Steiner Hairdressers to work on Cruise Liners.
